In Cell Image CompetitionIN Cell Competition winners display their images in Times Square!The three winners of this year's image competition (selected from North America, Asia region and Europe) were taken to Times Square, New York City to see their beautiful images of life at the cellular level displayed on NBC's high-definition screen, from 6 March through 8 March 2009.

About the competitionThe IN Cell Analyzer, our high-content analysis system, helps you do more complex experiments, on a larger scale, with more replicates and controls in less time. This results in better data and more knowledge about cellular systems. In short, it allows you to discover far more. The IN Cell Image Competition celebrates the outstanding image quality that IN Cell Analyzer systems deliver. We therefore asked our users to submit images captured on the IN Cell Analyzer to our third IN Cell Image competition, supported by BioTechniques. More than 80 fabulous images were received from researchers worldwide, covering a range of application areas such as toxicology, cancer and neurology. An expert scientific panel short-listed 30 entries, after which 2,000 scientists chose their favorite image in a public vote. Three winners were duly selected, one from North America, one from Asia region and one from Europe and their outstanding images are shown below:
