IN Cell Image Competition

The IN Cell Analyzer, our high content analysis system, helps you do more complex experiments, on a larger scale, with more replicates and controls in less time. In short, it allows you to discover far more with great image quality.

To celebrate this, GE Healthcare asked users of IN Cell Analyzer 1000 or IN Cell Analyzer 3000  to submit images to the
IN Cell Image Competition 2007 supported by BioTechniques. Over 80 images were received from researchers worldwide working in therapeutic areas such as Alzheimer's and Cancer. Both winners  won a trip to New York to see their images displayed on the first high-definition TV screen at Times Square (see the pictures here).

Two winners were chosen, one by a scientific panel and the other by a popular vote (combination of on-line voting and by the attendees at the CHI High Content Analysis meeting in San Francisco, January 2008). The winning entries are:

Winner decided by popular vote
