新しい NSB Reducer を用いて非特異的結合を最小限に

血漿、血清または細胞ライセートなどの複雑なサンプルの成分はセンサーチップのデキストラン表面に非特異的に結合することが多く、特異的な結合相互作用の解析を困難にすることがあります。ＮＳＢ Reducer により、このような非特異的結合を最小限に抑えることができます。

ＮＳＢ Reducer 中のカルボキシルメチルデキストランはセンサー表面のデキストランマトリックスと類似した構造を持つため、競合効果によってクルードな成分のセンサーチップ表面への非特異的な結合を抑制します。インジェクション前に、ＮＳＢ Reducer をサンプルに加えると、特異的な結合相互作用の測定に影響を与えずに非特異的な結合レベルを抑えます。

Depending on the nature of the interacting molecules, this approach might give lower nonspecific binding and/or higher binding stability. The anti-histidine antibody is a monoclonal antibody (MAb) directed against polyhistidine tags in the C or N terminus of a protein.

血漿サンプルのＣＭデキストラン表面への非特異的な結合を抑制　
血漿サンプルの結合レベルはサンプルによって150 から2548 RUまでとバラツキが見られましたが、ＮＳＢ Reducer はすべての血漿の非特異的な結合を大きく抑制しました。観察された抑制レベルは69-98%でした
