"Biacore X100 as a valuable tool in monoclonal antibody development: Analysis of anti-serum"A recording of this web seminar is available as a free download below. (Originally broadcast on Thu. Sept. 27th.) Details:
|
"An Introduction to Biacore X100 for busy multi-user laboratories" Christina Burtsoff Asp, GE Healthcare, Biacore (circa 15 min)
"Biacore X100 as a valuable tool in monoclonal antibody development: Analysis of anti-serum" Robert Gunnarsson, Mercodia, Sweden (circa 25 min)

Find out how to produce high quality interaction data - fast. Understanding of the nature of molecular interaction is fundamentally important in all areas of the life sciences. Mercodia, Sweden is a vendor of ELISA kits within the areas of Cardiovascular Disease, Obesity and Diabetes. Robert Gunnarsson presented their work in selecting right binder partners with the aim of developing highly sensitive ELISA kits for the clinical market. He explained why antibody binding kinetics is an important selection criterion in ELISA kit development and how Biacore X100 has quickly enabled Mercodia to determine kinetic properties of their specific binders.
