Single-Cycle Kinetics in Biacore X100 and BIAevaluation Single-cycle kinetics is a new method for obtaining kinetic data using Biacore systems. The workshop will help users to understand the theoretical background as well as how to set up the assay. During the workshop, evaluation will be shown using example files. There will also be time to discuss the advantages of single-cycle kinetics over the classical multi-cycle kinetic method.
Active-site concentration measurements - when and how to use standards This workshop will present the principle of active-site concentration analysis without a standard curve. Application examples, tips for experimental set-up and data evaluation will help the user to start generating their own measurements.
