Matrix: carboxymethylated dextran pre-immobilized with nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA*). His-tagged molecules are immobilized via Ni2+/NTA chelation. Information about the interaction of tagged molecules, such as recombinant proteins, complements the information obtained through other techniques designed to work with tagged proteins.
NTA Reagent Kit contains ready-to-use Ni2+ solution and regeneration solution (350 mM EDTA) required for the use of Sensor Chip NTA.
