Simplified screening & characterization of human antibodies

Conveniently perform high quality assays with confidence

Simplified assay development - capture format using validated antibody and other reagents
Convenience - all reagents and pre-optimized run protocol included in kit
Confidence - high quality reagents verified on Biacore systems
The Human Antibody Capture Kit provides the reagents and protocols required for convenient capture of human or humanized IgG antibodies onto a Biacore sensor chip surface. High quality reagents and pre-optimized protocols for immobilization of the capturing antibody and regeneration of the sensor surface facilitate rapid, reliable analyses with minimal assay development. The kit may be used with all Biacore systems except Biacore Flexchip.
About the antibody:

Monoclonal mouse anti-human IgG (Fc) antibody

Binds an epitope in CH2 domain of IgG Fc (all subclasses recognized)

Little or no cross-reactivity towards other human Ig isotypes

No cross-reactivity with IgG from other species
Very stable binding - little or no dissociation of captured Abs

Reliable, high quality performance:
Validation of specificity and capture stability of anti-human IgG (Fc) antibody
