The Mouse Antibody Capture Kit provides the reagents and protocols required for convenient capture of mouse IgG antibodies onto a Biacore sensor chip surface. High quality reagents and pre-optimized protocols for immobilization of the capturing antibody and regeneration of the sensor surface facilitate rapid, reliable analyses with minimal assay development. The kit may be used with all Biacore systems except Biacore Flexchip.
About the antibody:

Polyclonal rabbit anti-mouse immunoglobulin

Binds all IgG subclasses, IgA & IgM

Cross-reactivity: 25% to rat Igs, <1% to all other Igs investigated

Very stable binding - little or no dissociation of captured mouse Abs
