Warranty & service contract details

Standard Warranty
LEADseeker is supplied with a 12-month standard warranty to cover manufacturing defects only, with a 5 working day response time. It is recommended, however that  you purchase a higher level of cover with a more rapid response time from one of our other agreements, as outlined here.
Service Agreements
A summary of the support level offered with each service agreement option is given in the table below:

Customized Service Agreements
Customized agreements can be designed to suit customer needs:

     • Response time
     • Coverage e.g. 7 days per week
     • Instrument moves
     • Extra preventive maintenance/certification visits
     • Training
     • Spare parts (e.g.specific parts can be excluded)
